We specialise in the production of non standard components such as fasteners, flanges, pipe fittings & other special machined parts.

These may be products to internationally recognised dimensional standards or bespoke parts to customers own drawings.

A vast array of production facilities are available to us through an extensive network of high quality sub-contractors which include;

Industry Standards

We off a variety of standards including ANSI, ASME, BS, DIN, ISO as well as special parts to customers own dimensions and drawings.

Heat Treatment can be carried out to alter the mechanical properties of certain materials and many surface finishes including Zinc, Zinc/Nickel, Cadmium, Hot Dip Galvanizing, Mechanical Galvanizing, Sheradizing, Aluminizing, Anodizing, Geomet (Dacromet), PTFE coating,  Xylan & Xylar can be applied to almost any item of bolting.

Stock

We carry a stock range of petrochemical grade bolting including allthread, studbolts, hexagon & heavy hexagon nuts, heavy hexagon head bolts & blanks, socket head capscrews & 12 point flange head screws.

Anything in this range that we do not carry in our own stock can be sourced quickly from a variety of stockholders and manufacturers that we trade with across Europe.

All of the standard petrochemical grades of bolting are available to us including B5/gr3, B6/ gr6, B7/2H, B7M/2HM, L7/gr7, L7M/7M, B16/gr4, B8/gr8, B8M/8M, B8T/8T, B8C/8C, UNS S31803 (F51) UNS S32760 (F55) however, we can produce almost any fastener product in virtually and material grade required.

Pipeline Products

Pipeline products including pipe, tube, butt weld fittings, forged fittings, flanges, valves, gaskets can also be supplied in a variety of materials.

We have the ability to source and supply a complete range of pipeline components in a spectrum of materials including carbon & alloy steels, stainless steels, duplex & super duplex stainless steels, titanium and non-ferrous metals & high nickel alloys.
